Why Korivo™ Exists
I've been lifting for 25 years. I grew up on the early bodybuilding forums: Avant Labs. Elite Fitness. Lyle's board. WannaBeBig. That era had something the modern fitness internet has completely lost: no-bullshit, evidence-based thinking from people who actually trained hard. Sponsored posts didn't exist. Algorithms didn't curate your feed. Nobody was trying to sell you a coaching program.
That culture is mostly gone. What replaced it is worse in every measurable way. Influencers. Fitness apps that hold your hand, gamify your workouts, and charge you $15 a month to tell you to “stay consistent.”
None of them speak the language of someone who actually knows what DoggCrapp training is or wants to run UD2.0.
Korivo is my attempt to build something that would have felt at home in that era: a tool for people who already know what they're doing and just need the app to get out of the way.
Private Beta
If you have actually run a PSMF, programmed carbs around training days, or spent time arguing about protein synthesis on a forum — this was built for you.
You will hear from us when the beta is ready. That’s it.
What Makes It Different
Diet and training structure are first-class citizens instead of workarounds. The app understands advanced set types, progression logic, day-level macro changes, and the fact that serious plans have moving parts.
Blocks, splits, wave loading, rest-pause work, carb cycling, refeeds, depletion-style setups, custom foods, and live workout execution are built for people who already know what they are trying to do.
Everything lives locally. There is no cloud sync selling your habits to advertisers, no login screen, no email verification. You open the app and you train.
No monthly fee. No premium tier bullshit. No features locked behind a paywall you discover after you have already moved your whole training life into the app.
Your nutrition protocol and your training program live in the same app and understand each other. Training day macros differ from rest day macros because they should.
Zero motivational notifications. Zero streak counters. Zero confetti when you log a meal. If you need an app to tell you to go to the gym, this is not your app.
Supported Protocols
The point is not name-dropping routines. The point is that the app understands how serious diet and training systems are actually put together.
The App
Training Log
The set structure, the target, and the next move are all visible without digging through junk UI.
Exercise Setup
Set type, subsets, tempo, alternates, and per-slot logic are treated like first-class data, not decoration.
Program Editing
Blocks, days, exercise slots, and supersets can be edited without the whole thing turning into spreadsheet hell.
Diet Management
Diet setup is structured by design. It is not a calorie target with some motivational copy wrapped around it.
Food Search
Nutrition still has to work when you are busy. Search, log it, move on.
Training Calendar
You can see the block, the day, and what is next without pretending a plan is the same thing as a checklist.
