By downloading or using Korivo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
License
Korivo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Korivo is a tool for tracking training and nutrition. It is not medical advice. The diet protocols, training programs, and nutritional information provided within the App are for informational and organizational purposes only.
Before beginning any new diet or exercise program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns. The training programs and diet protocols included in Korivo are intended for use by healthy adults who are already familiar with resistance training and structured nutrition.
Korivo, its developer, and any affiliated parties are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from use of the App or implementation of any protocol described within it. You use this app at your own risk.
Accuracy of Information
The diet and training protocols included in Korivo are based on publicly available information and established practices in the strength and bodybuilding community. While we have made reasonable efforts to represent these protocols accurately, we make no warranty that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Protocol details may differ from the original author's most current recommendations.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Korivo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The names of third-party training programs and diet protocols referenced within the App (such as "5/3/1," "DoggCrapp," "PSMF," etc.) are the intellectual property of their respective creators and are referenced here for descriptive purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Korivo and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
